Yes. You get a fixed written price before work starts. If we find something hidden during the job, such as rotten floorboards, we show you and agree any change before doing it.

Most full bathroom fits take between one and two weeks. A bath to shower conversion is often one to three days. Your quote includes the dates.

For most of a full refit, no. If it is your only toilet, tell us at the design visit and we will plan the work around it as far as we can.

Yes. Strip-out and waste removal are part of a full installation.
