Privacy notice
How we use the details you send us when you ask for a quote.
Who we are
This website is run by London Digital Services Ltd, trading as Doncaster Bathroom Company. London Digital Services Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 11060558, with its registered office at 35 Zetland Road, Doncaster, DN2 5EQ. It is the data controller for the personal details you send through this website. If you have a question about your data, call 01302 616311 or write to us at the registered office.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, postcode, the type of work you need, when you'd like it done and, if you choose, your email address. We also record which page you sent the form from. If you call us, we may keep a record of the call.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about your enquiry, arrange a design visit and give you a quote. We do this because you've asked us to, so we can take steps before entering into a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We pass your enquiry to the bathroom fitting team that will visit you and carry out the work, which may be an independent installer working with us. They use your details only to arrange and do your job.
Form enquiries are delivered to our email inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, and stored in our email account. These providers process your details only so the enquiry reaches us. We don't sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months and then delete it. If you do go ahead, we keep the records we need for the job, warranty and accounts for as long as the law requires.
Cookies
This website does not currently set cookies for advertising. If we add analytics, we will update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
